A Florida woman, Teryn Acri, has been imprisoned after she was apprehended with a bag full of drugs with a label that preemptively tried to deny that she was carrying.

Acri was jailed for narcotics charges after she was found with methamphetamine and assorted drug paraphernalia inside a labelled bag, according to police.

The bag she carried was labelled “Definitely not a bag full of drugs”.

The 31-year-old found herself in handcuffs on Saturday, Jan. 18, following a traffic stop in Brevard County.

Cops searched the vehicle, that Acri was a passenger in, and discovered meth, needles, digital scales, and other drug items among her belongings.

She was charged with possession of meth with the intent to sell or deliver, a felony, and a misdemeanour paraphernalia count.

Acri is currently locked up without bail in the county jail and is scheduled for a February 13 arraignment.

At the time of her arrest on January 18, Acri was free on a $15,500 bond in connection with an arrest earlier this month for possession of several baggies of meth.

In October, Oregon officers found a large stash of drugs in a similar bag to Acri’s, in a car which had been reported stolen.

Driver, Reginald Reynolds, 35, and passenger Mia Baggenstos, 37 were subsequently arrested, with cops recovering a loaded .357 handgun, meth, cash, two scales, and “a brown bag that said on it, ‘Definitely not a bag full of drugs’.”
