Controversial Nigerian activist, Vincent Martins Otse aka VeryDarkMan has dared the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest him.
His bold statement reflects in a post showing himself spraying money in a club.
In his post, VDM adopted the surname “Okoya” and seemed to mock the EFCC, stating that “where there is no law, there is no crime.”
He also tagged the EFCC’s official Instagram handle, asking how they were doing.
VDM’s actions appear to be in response to the EFCC’s handling of a similar incident involving the sons of billionaire, Okoya.
The sons were seen spraying money in a video that also featured a policeman, but they were not arrested or punished.
By daring the EFCC to arrest him, VeryDarkMan is highlighting the perceived double standard in the commission’s enforcement of the law.
He captioned: “Okoya is my new surname so EFCC no go talk where there is no law there is no crime….. @officialefcc hello how are yall anyways mad fun at CHILLERS BY NEWYORKER IN JOS”.
