A man who was caught on tape viciously kicking his child, has been arrested by the police in Ogun State.
A video showing the shocking moment the man assaulted the boy who appears to be about 3 years old sparked outrage online after it went viral.
Reacting to the video, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, asked the Ogun state police command to arrest the man.
In an update given on social media today, Adejobi said the man has been arrested and will be charged to court on Monday, March 3.
