A 65-year-old Brazilian woman has been arrested after she confessed to removing and eating a 60-year-old man’s heart and genitals.
According to Mail Online, the victim, Celso Marques Ferreira, was found de@d without his p3n!s and part of his heart in a town square in the beach resort of Peruibe, Sao Paulo.
It was also gathered that a blood-stained note was also discovered with the homeless man’s mutilated body alongside a knife with dried blood on the blade found at the scene.
On the note, the suspect, Josefa Lima, wrote her nickname ‘gringa,’ indicating she was responsible for his de@th.
Josefa is said to have confessed to the sickening crime after being held along with her partner and claimed she attacked her alleged victim after discovering he was a child abuser.
She reportedly told cops she had eaten his p3n!s and heart after cooking them.
The 41-year-old man also arrested, named locally as Robson Aparecido de Oliveira, has been linked to the crime by acquaintances who said he had threatened Celso shortly before he was killed.
He has denied any involvement in the victim’s murder and mutilation but investigators say they believe Josefa would have needed help to carry out the shocking acts she has confessed to and could not have acted alone.
Detectives are hunting a third man believed to have participated.
The victim and the two detainees lived on the street and are thought to have regularly slept in the square where Celso’s body was found.
