The business banner of an Ebonyi-based lady has sparked mixed reactions after online users mistook it for an obituary announcement.

The mix-up has raised brows, with some netizens blaming the poster designer for the misleading layout.

A Facebook user, Meme Plug General, first shared the image on the platform, expressing shock at the confusing design.

“Omor, I nearly type RIP oo,” he wrote, suggesting that he initially thought the poster was mourning the lady.

Reacting to the mix-up, social media users called out the designer:

Prince Kelly said: “I don call the number wey dey there tire. The mugu is not picking up. He would have heard from me. Nonsense.”

Wisdom Aminayanasam added: “You people should be careful the way you create banners. Create it in a better way because it’s not a sad story that happened to her.”
