Diddy Sued For Allegedly R@ping Male Street Performer In 2022

Disgraced rapper and record label boss, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and r@ping a man in 2022 in a new lawsuit filed.

The alleged victim, filing anonymously through attorney Tony Buzbee as John Doe, alleged he was “drugged and forcefully r@ped” by Combs, according to a New York County Supreme Court filing.

The alleged incident happened after he was scouted while busking on the street outside of a “popular nightclub” in Los Angeles in November 2022, Doe’s lawsuit says.

Doe, described as “a young musician” at the time, claims Combs’ associate invited him to an “exclusive A-list birthday party” at a private home, where he met the Bad Boy Records founder. Combs supplied Doe with a drink that was allegedly drugged and “made numerous promises about helping Doe secure a major recording contract,” Doe’s lawsuit claims.

“Incapacitated from the drugs,” Doe was “forcefully” coerced into performing oral s3x before he was r@ped, he alleges.

His lawsuit states, “Because of Combs’ power and notoriety, and because he was shocked and embarrassed, Doe did not report what had happened.”

Doe seeks a jury trial that would award “compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial.”

In a statement, Combs’ attorneys maintained the hip-hop mogul’s innocence as he faces dozens of s3xual ass@ult lawsuits that date back to the 1990s, as well as criminal s3x crimes charges.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,
” the statement states.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never s3xually ass@ulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs is currently in jail after being denied bond multiple times and is scheduled to head to trial for his s3x trafficking and racketeering charges on May 5. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
