Nelson Igboke, a Nigerian man, has talked about what it means when women name their augers ‘Nnenna’.
The man said that a woman who has respect for her husband will not name her daughter, “Nnenna,” an Igbo name which literally translates to father’s mother or paternal grandmother.
According to him, the name is wrong because ‘women don’t come before men.’
“It is only a woman who don’t have respect/regard to her husband that names her daughter NNENNA.
There’s no where in d world or in heaven woman comes before a man,” he wrote.
