Bianca Censori, the controversial wife of rapper, Kanye West risks jail term for her choice of outfit to the just concluded 2025 Grammy Awards.
Known for her unique fashion choices, the Yeezy architect made a bold statement at the Awards ceremony by wearing nothing but a see-through dress.
The 30-year-old star attended the event with her husband, Kanye West, who was nominated for two awards.
Kanye opted for an all-black ensemble of a t-shirt, jeans, sneakers and dark sunglasses.
However, it was Bianca who made headlines when she dropped her black fluffy coat to reveal her bare body beneath a skin-tight mesh slip dress. With her hair tied back, every inch of her was on display, potentially landing her in hot water with the law.
According to California Penal Code 314(1), indecent exposure is defined as “when a person exposes his or her n@ked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it.”
It also stipulates that the act must be “willful and lewd” to be considered a crime. To be found guilty, a person must “intentionally expose your genitals or n@ked body; expose yourself in front of someone who might be offended or annoyed by it; intend to direct attention to yourself; and intend to s3xually gratify yourself or offend someone else when you do it.”
Some may argue that Bianca’s daring red carpet outfit fits this description, however a first-time offender is usually slapped with a misdemeanour, facing up to six months in the clink or a fine of £800.
A repeat offender risks being banged up in state prison and slapped with a decade on the s3x offenders register.
But it’s not just legal outfits causing a stir — social media has been ablaze over Bianca’s risqué Grammy get-up.
