He added that the body of a young lady, Chinagorom Lucy, who was found murd£red in her home in Asaba, Delta State, was taken to multiple mortuaries but they could not take her in because they had no space.
Harrison Gwamnishu, a human rights activist, has made a chilling revelation.
The activist disclosed that mortuaries are filled beyond their capacity.
