A video of officials of the Department of State Services (DSS) celebrating the removal of Yusuf Magaji Bichi as the Director-General of the security agency has surfaced online.
In a video that has circulated widely, DSS officials were seen rejoicing in response to the news.
President Bola Tinubu officially named Mr Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi as the new Director-General of the DSS. Ajayi, who previously held the position of Assistant Director-General, has had an extensive career within the agency.
His experience includes serving as State Director in several key states, including Bauchi, Enugu, Bayelsa, Rivers, and Kogi.
