Protesters in Katsina State have embarked on the ongoing protest against hunger in the nation.
The protesters consisting mostly of young people were spotted marching on the streets, waving Russian flags.
According to Daily Trust, on Monday morning, August 5, the ‘protesters’ waived Russian flags, chanting in Hausa, “Hunger is killing us.”
Policemen have started trailing them, firing teargas to disperse them, the publication added.
