A 19-year-old British national has admitted to the gruesome killing of his mother and two siblings at their family home.
Nicholas Prosper had been due to go on trial next week accused of k!lling his mother Juliana, 48, sister Giselle, 13, and brother Kyle, 16, on September 13, 2024.
Prosper, 19, had previously denied murder.
During a six-minute hearing at Luton Crown Court this afternoon, he entered guilty pleas. He is due to be sentenced over two days next week.
Prosper entered a single guilty plea to each of the three murder charges. He also admitted buying a firearm – a 12-ball Nikko shotgun – without a certificate the day before he struck.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life, and being in possession of a kitchen knife when he was caught by police after carrying out the atrocity, a short distance away on Bramingham Road.
Prosper was remanded back into custody until he is sentenced on Wednesday and Thursday next week before His Honour Judge Michael Simon.
No members of his family were present in court.
